Prefilled container of our Rustic Strength Epsom Salt

Directions - For general soaking to ease minor aches and pains add 2 cups of Epsom salt to your warm (not hot) bathtub. Soak for up to 20 minutes.
For minor sprains - add 1 cup of Epsom salt to about a gallon of warm water. Soak for 30 to 45 minutes.
For exfoliating - after soaking your desired body part, massage a handful of Epsom salt into your skin.
Storage instructions - Do not store in direct sunlight. Keep sealed in a cool, dry place. If caking occurs, gently tab or crush between fingers. Package sold by weight not by volume some settling may occur.

How to use as a Laundry Booster: 1TB per load of laundry for HE machines, 2 TB per load of laundry for standard washing machines. For best results: dissolve powder in a cup of hot water and pour directly on laundry.

Pre-treat and Stain Remover: Make a paste with a little powder and hot water, rub in to stain. Let it sit for 20 minutes before adding it to washer. For heavily soiled stains, add 2 TBS of powder per gallon to hot water. Soak heavily stained garments up to 12 hours, then wash with MamaSuds Laundry Soap.

 Use somewhere between a 1:4 and 1:6 ratio of soap:water. Any liquid soap will work, but castile soap works well. * Add the soap and water to your jar. Warm water will mix easier. Stir to combine, or use a storage lid and shake. Add a few drops of essential oils if you want to. Screw the lid with the pump onto the jar. Enjoy the luxurious foam! Pint and quart jars work well.
